Paddy Power Games is an online casino that’s owned by Flutter Entertainment. It’s the online version of the popular high-street bookmaker that first launched in 2004 and now boasts more than 600 establishments in the UK. In this Paddy Power Games review we’re going to explain our full online casino experience – such as using their bonus, playing games, testing payout speeds, and more – so you can find out if it’s a good place for you to play.
Paddy Power no deposit bonus
Those who join Paddy Power Games from the UK or Ireland as a new customer will be given the following offer:
- 50 free spins no deposit
- No wagering!
- Paddy Power no deposit code: PGCTV1
This is a free spins verify phone number UK deal – so you must validate a UK phone number for the free spins to be given.
Offer available to new customers who register via the promo code PGCTV1. Enjoy 50 Free Spins on any of our Daily Jackpot Games. Once SMS is verified, launch any game from the Daily Jackpot collection to claim your 50 Free Spins at £0.10 each. Opt-in, deposit and wager £10 to receive a further 100 Free Spins. T&C’s apply.
Paddy Power bonus
All new players in the UK are able to get a first deposit bonus at Paddy Power Games if they make a first deposit and bet £10:
- 100 free spins
- No wagering!
This is a deposit 10 get 100 free spins offer. In this case, this means you must deposit and bet £10 for the bonus to be released. Make sure to opt-in from the promo hub.
In total, there are 200 free spins at Paddy Power for new players. This is one of the biggest batches of free spins available.
Bonus terms & wagering
We strongly recommend reading the terms and conditions before playing.
One of the major aspects is that all the free spins have no wagering! This means whatever you win is paid in cash. Because of this, Paddy Power are one of our best casino sites no wagering requirements.
However, the offer is only available to new customers who are located in the UK or Ireland. The free spins expire after 10 days and are only available on certain games. At this time of this Paddy Power Games review, they could be used on Daily Jackpots.
For the first deposit bonus, you must deposit and then bet £10 before it is released. Usually these casino bonuses just require a deposit, but in Paddy Power’s case you need to bet as well. It’s nothing too serious but just a bit different than usual.
Overall, the terms and conditions at Paddy Power are very fair compared with other sites on our UK online casinos list.
Bonus Code
PGCTV1 – You need to input the given Paddy Power bonus code in order to get the 100 free spins no deposit part of the offer. You also need to verify your phone number. You will get an SMS code like this:
All you need to do is then confirm the code you receive by entering it when prompted. Paddy Power will then instantly award you with the free spins:
For the 100 free spins on first deposit, you need to opt-in from the promo hub and make a deposit of £10 and bet that amount.
Promotions for existing players
Once your initial Paddy Power Games bonus has been used, there are more Promotions available for existing players at Paddy Power.
We can’t tell you exactly what you can get as they like to change things around throughout the year. However, at the time of this Paddy Power Games review, it revolved around weekly bets for current players and their Daily Jackpot games, with the latter paying out every day.
Deposit methods
You can deposit at Paddy Power UK using the following methods:
Paddy Power deposit method | Minimum deposit | Eligible for Paddy Power bonus? |
---|---|---|
Debit card (Visa/MasterCard) | £5 | Yes |
Instant Bank Transfer | £5 | No |
Apple Pay | £5 | Yes |
PayPal | £20 | No |
MuchBetter | £20 | No |
Paysafecard | £20 | No |
Skrill | £20 | No |
Neteller | £20 | No |
Deposits are processed instantly with all methods.
There are some really positive parts in this section of our Paddy Power Games review.
For example, Paddy Power became an instant bank transfer casino in September 2022. This means you can make deposits via bank transfer instantly instead of it taking several days to process. As of January 2023, this method is available on desktop after previously only being available on mobile.
Another big positive is Paddy Power being a PayPal casino UK. That’s because a lot of British players like to use PayPal to make deposits at casinos. So it’s great to see PayPal being available here.
But we decided to use Paddy Power as a Revolut casino UK. We made a deposit of £10 using our Revolut debit card. The money was available straight away:
The one blot? You cannot deposit via phone bill at Paddy Power at the time of writing. We will let you know if this changes, but until then you can find an alternative Pay by Phone Casino if you’d prefer.
Minimum deposit
The minimum deposit at Paddy Power is either £5 or £20. But it depends on which method you use.
It’s great to see them as a £5 minimum deposit casino UK still. But you can only deposit £5 at Paddy Power when using debit card, Apple Pay, or instant bank transfer.
All other methods now have a minimum deposit of £20 – including PayPal. This is up from £10 previously. So a slightly disappointing update for our Paddy Power Games review.
Paddy Power withdrawal time
The time it takes to withdraw at Paddy Power can take between a few minutes up until 5 business days. All payouts need to be approved first before they are processed. This usually takes 24 hours or less – but delays can happen sometimes, especially if extra verification is required.
Once the payout has been approved, the time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on the Paddy Power withdrawal method you use:
Paddy Power withdrawal method | Average withdrawal time |
---|---|
Visa Direct (Fast Visa withdrawal) | A few seconds up to 2 hours |
Instant Bank Transfer | A few seconds up to 6 hours |
PayPal | 12 – 24 hours |
MuchBetter | 12 – 24 hours |
Skrill | 12 – 24 hours |
Neteller | 12 – 24 hours |
Debit card | 2-5 working days |
Apple Pay | 2-5 working days |
Standard Bank Transfer | 2-5 working days |
The one and only downside is Paysafecard. Although Paddy Power is a Paysafecard casino UK, this is only available for deposits. So you will need to use a different method to make a withdrawal.
Our Paddy Power withdrawal review
As we had deposited using our Visa card, we had to use that same card while withdrawing at Paddy Power. This allowed us to test the speed of card payouts at Paddy Power via Visa Direct – and we were very happy to receive our withdrawal in around 2 hours!
As you can see, we made our payout request at 22:48:
It took Paddy Power a couple of hours to approve the payout and process it. When checking our Visa account, you can see that our withdrawal was credited at 1:00am the next day, so just over 2 hours:
This means that the payment was instantly sent via Visa Direct after it was approved! This is pretty good as Visa cards have had a reputation for being slow for many years, but this new Visa Direct method is starting to change things. More Visa fast withdrawal casinos are now launching too, meaning more players are starting to benefit from these fast payouts. It also confirms Paddy Power to be a same day withdrawal online casino which is quite rare.
We haven’t tested the other methods at the time of writing just yet, but e-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill, and Neteller and known to be fast. Other debit cards (like MasterCard) and bank transfers may take a few days. Unfortunately, Paysafecard does not accept withdrawals. If you made a deposit using Paysafecard then you must withdraw via a Bank Transfer.
All withdrawals need to first be approved by Paddy Power’s payout team before they are processed. In some cases, this can delay withdrawals if additional checks need to be made. Luckily, we managed to withdraw without extra checks.
No minimum withdrawal limit
There is no minimum withdrawal amount at Paddy Power if using debit card. This means you can request a debit card payout of £0.01 if it’s in your account. We decided to test this ourselves, and sure enough we received our £0.01 as you can see above.
While some sites allow lower payouts, most charge fees on top. But at Paddy Power, you can get exactly how much you request down to 1p. So there is no minimum amount for withdrawals at Paddy.
For PayPal, Skrill and Neteller, the minimum withdrawal amount is £1. For Bank Transfer, it is £10.
Slots & games
At the time of this Paddy Power Games review, there were 500+ slots and casino games that UK players could enjoy. Slots formed a large portion of this total, with several hundred titles available. These are provided from top game developers like:
- NetEnt
- Play’n GO
- Playtech
- Red Tiger
- Pragmatic Play
- IGT
- & more
Alongside slots, you’ll also be able to play classic slots, table games, a variety of jackpots and other varients. They’ve also become one of the acclaimed Slingo sites UK – offering many Slingo games which is a mix between slots and bingo.
There’s a useful menu that allows you to filter through the options.
Live casino
You can also visit the Paddy Power live casino section for real-time video feeds of classic games. This includes live roulette, blackjack, sic-bo, poker varients, and more. The games are predominantly provided by Playtech.
Paddy Power mobile
Paddy Power’s mobile experience was revamped in 2016 so that it runs smoothly on smartphones and tablets.
You can visit their fully mobile optimised site using your chosen device’s browser. Most of the games are available on mobile devices. However, some older games may not be available as they use older technologies. The gap continues to close though, and all new releases are available on mobile.
Alternatively, you can use Paddy Power’s mobile apps, which are available for both Android and iOS. The games are the same as those on the mobile optimised site, but you have the option to stay logged in amongst some other slight benefits. However, the one downside is that they have different apps for Games, Betting, and other forms of gambling, so you can’t do everything in the same app.
Paddy Power verification
All players in the UK must have their account verified before they can play. This is a standard obligation that all licensed UK sites must adhere to, as per UK Gambling Commission rules.
Paddy Power’s verification process might be done automatically. This is possible by using the information you provide when signing up and matching it with a variety of databases. If this works, you can play at this online casino without verification to begin with.
However, this doesn’t always work due to limitations with databases and other issues. In that case, you will need to provide them with:
- Photo ID – such as a passport or driving licence
- Utility Bill or Bank Statement – both no older than 6 months
Don’t worry, this online casino verification procedure is common in the UK – so they are not asking for these documents for no reason.
Customer service
If you get stuck, it’s possible to get help from Paddy Power in a variety of ways:
- Detailed FAQ section
- Live Chat (must be logged in)
- Twitter (@AskPaddyPower)
It’s quite disappointing that players need to be logged in to get help via live chat. This rules out any potential players getting help first. However, the FAQ section is detailed and should be able to solve most problems.
Is Paddy Power legit?
Paddy Power first launched its online operations in 2004, so it is one of the most experienced gambling sites around. It is currently owned by Flutter Entertainment which is a stock listed company (FLTR). They own other high-profile gambling sites – such as Betfair and PokerStars.
Therefore, Paddy Power is legit and not a scam. However, remember that they offer games of chance and other forms of gambling. As such, you are never guaranteed to win anything.
Licences
Paddy Power has a UK Gambling Commission licence. They certify that the site is fit and proper to offer their services to players in the UK.
While the brand is largely trustworthy, they are not free from controversy. In October 2018, they were fined by the Gambling Commission for failing to properly adhere to the rules on anti money laundering and problem gambling. As a result, they committed to raise their standards. Since this verdict, no further action has been taken.
Both Paddy Power and Betfair are listed on both these licences. However, they are the only two. This allows them to run on their own platform and be independent casinos UK. Being independent is great as unique and new features can constantly be developed for Paddy Power players.
Safety & Security
Your data is stored based on the Data Protection Act, ensuring it is safe and secure. They also deploy strong encryption across the site to keep your connection clean, alongside other safety measures.
You can view more details by visiting the Security page on their site.

Generally solid site, but withdrawals can be a bit patchy for speed. Requested a withdrawal and had to wait four days to receive the cash in my PayPal account. Much faster withdrawals available out there.
Hi Steve,
Thanks for leaving us your review of Paddy Power Games.
Sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Unfortunately, this can happen at times as UK online casinos must approve all payout requests. This can sometimes take a few days which will cause a delay.
We hope your future withdrawals are a bit speedier.
Regards,
Casino Professor Team
