Duelz casino verification

Every UK player must complete Duelz’s online casino verification. All of our top 50 online casinos are required to verify their players So it’s not just Duelz.

The wagering requirements of Duelz Casino’s match bonus are pretty high. That’s because they apply to both the deposit + bonus. Here’s an example:

  • If you deposit £50 then you’ll get £50 bonus money
  • The wagering requirement applies to both these (£50 + £50 = £100).
  • So the wagering requirement would £100 x 30 = £3000.

Why is this bad? Because most casinos only apply the wagering to the bonus money (which would be £50 x 30 = £1500). So in this example, you effectively need to bet double the amount to turn the bonus money into real money. The maximum amount you can win from the deposit offer is £500 too. Anything you win above this amount will be forfeited.

The free spins also have wagering which is a surprise. SuprNation’s other online casinos have removed wagering from their free spins – but not here. Unfortunately, this means Duelz has not been added to our list of best casino sites no wagering requirements. The maximum amount you can win from the free spins is £100 too.

One last problem? There’s a maximum bet of £2 when using any bonus money from either offer. This is poor as most other casinos allow you to bet at least £5.

One good thing was that Duelz at least provides you with a wagering calculator. So you can see exactly how much you’ve wagered instead of working it out yourself. Here’s an example:

But when conducting this Duelz Casino review, we took their bonus – and won with it!

The withdrawal times at Duelz Casino vary from instant up to 4 working days, after the payout has been approved. We were lucky enough to get a very fast payout as we will talk about below. But the first step is for Duelz to approve your withdrawal.

  2. I have frequently deposited and also withdrawn a few times with Duelz. I thought it was the best casino! I withdrew £200 and £300 in July and they were both almost immediate and I was very satisfied.
    On 4th August I tried to withdraw £2400 which was pending approval. After a few days I enquired and was told it was pending due to the size of the withdrawal and would be completed ASAP. I continued to deposit and play. I then received an email saying my passport had just expired and as my account was no longer verified I would need to send in valid documents etc.
    I explained that my passport was being renewed but may take up to 6 weeks so was there another way for me to verify. After weeks of back and forth – slow response times. Me sending documents and them asking for another different one on top of all the other verified ones each time, instead of asking all at once. They then eventually informed me that the only documents they needed was a valid ID in which they sent me a link to a citizen card site – I purchased this card and it arrived – I sent it to Duelz and the process of sending documents started all over again! At last I had sent them all in and they were all valid according to the customer support! Yesterday I was told that my account had been verified and that they would be processing my withdrawal ASAP. Today I received £10 and was told that my £2390 was being forfeited due to me violating the terms and conditions! A very vague paragraph copied from their terms – about failing to notice and report an incomplete game! I was unaware that I did this, and didn’t win my money from an incomplete game! As seen in my gaming history.

    2. Oh my god the same has since happened to myself too. I have now reason to believe that this casino is running illegally and not abiding by the UK Gambling Commssions law. I have all proof needed to back this up also. I have too received money from them and had them accept a whole lot from me also. Today I was approved for £425 to then be told it had been confiscated due to me violating their terms and conditions yet they’re not following many themselves. I have a whole back log and screenshots of evidence from them also. After telling them about what I had obtained they said my account would be blocked and if I was to speak to anyone about this they would get me done for slander so threatening me too.

    Yabba dabba don’t bother with this one!

    They let you play and lose and deposit however you like. Then if you win and request withdrawal of winnings they ask you for every different type of ID, proof of address, photo of payment method.

    Then they find a way to rip you off. With me, I used my PayPal Account (for extra protection pffft) which has been upgraded to a business account. So they emailed me after I was congratulated by an agent in the website chat for my win. The email said as I had funded my account with a PayPal account that is not a standard PayPal, they do not support the payment method.

    Therefore, if I have unknowingly used an incorrect method of payment, one would assume my withdrawal would be cancelled and I would be refunded in full…

    But no the email describes that my winnings have been confiscated due to me breaching terms of service. (by using my own PayPal in my name only and not owned by any business) but as they are super nice lol NOT.. They added how they have paid to refund £100 back to the unsupported payment method (even though its unsupported) leaving me unable to open any case with PayPal about their behaviour and withholding my funds.

    This casino stinks and its operating as a scam. Any little chance they may have to decline you what’s yours and accuse you of using third party payment methods like having a premium PayPal account. They will.

    Be prepared to be ripped off.

    I have recently left an honest true review of the site but forgot to mention a couple of other things which are very important.

    1. I sensibly put a restriction on my account however I cannot see any way of finding out where you stand on that amount. For example if the limit was £3500 a month, am I at £1000, £2000, £3,000 etc as I try now to deposit and it says I can’t as reached my limit but I don’t know when it starts , when it ends, amount , date for refresh etc
    2. The HELP button on the Home Screen in order to ask someone questions like…….how come I keep pressing and I never win or get a feature…..is my account hacked or how much left have I got to deposit from my limit……..you can’t get in touch with anyone so what’s the point in having it?       2) We have just tested the HELP button (09:30 UK time) and managed to get a response from their live chat team in under a minute. Of course, the response times can vary a lot though – especially during busy periods. If possible, you could try to contact them early in the day to avoid any queues.

      3) You should be able to change your deposit method from debit card to another option. On the Deposit screen, scroll down the page to view alternative methods. However, this may not be available if you already have money in your account. Please contact customer support to check this.

      4) All of the games at Duelz Casino are games of chance. This means that there’s no guarantee that you’ll win while playing. Slots are indeed RNG (random number generator) games. It is impossible for Duelz (or any other licenced UK casino) to tamper with the games, change the payout system, or affect the outcome in any way.   14. Hi, I am a idle aged level headed business owner who likes a little gamble at times. I joined Duelz and had a nice win to start £3000 I think and was immediately paid out. I have supplied my documents and all is very efficient it seems.

    1. Each deposit they charge from your debit card. This is I assume allowed from Malta but is not allowed in the UK I am told.
    2. I deposited another £1,000 and got to £10,000 which was fantastic. I had my target and was very close to it however……I lost the £10,000 followed by another approx £2,000 WITHOUT ONE FEATURE at an average of £15 spin…….they say the slots work on RNG but it can’t and does not.
    3. I think the idea is to draw you in and then bleed you…..fortunately I can afford to lose but it’s still not nice or fun to spin and spin and spin without ANYTHING. I guess I have lost some 800 spins without any good win or ANY FEATURE……That has to be engineered.

      Duelz states in their terms and conditions that only payment methods in the account holder’s name can be used.

      So, for example, you can’t use a payment method in your name to deposit into a casino account that has your daughter’s name.

  21. I get a little worried when I have to resend information. Duelz has been really good to me. Just recently ( last week and today) I won what I think is a considerable amount of money.       It’s possible that a casino may request for documents to be sent to them so they can approve a withdrawal, even if previous withdrawals have been approved before. This often happens when the payout amount is quite large.

      The approval process can also take several days to complete. We understand it can be frustrating, but there’s no set timeframe for this. You can continue to ask for updates every few days to check on the status. We hope it’s all sorted out as soon as possible.

  22. I’ve been with a few online casinos but this is by far the worst.
    When I joined they asked me to verify my account to save me having to do so later on this was done within 1 hour so I thought to myself this is great they say upfront to do this to save me when I go to withdraw so I gamble away and lose a good bit but this was just a bad streak not the casinos fault and bam I hit a lucky streak and cash out and they email me 24 hours later asking for silly documents I send them all and its 3 days later they ask me to send them again so I did then 3 days later after me emailing them flat out they ask me to send them again I go onto live chat they be very rude to me and then any time after that live chat is down but for my friends account it’s working ok very funny that.
    So after a long period they email me apologising saying I’m fully verified and it’ll not be asked again.
    Guess what today I’ve been asks to send payslips and bank statements these people will ask very everything hoping you’ll not have something to send they hate paying out I closed my account and never received money i had in my balance they can keep it

This casino is legit and after winning a huge amount late last night I’ve been verified and I just received an e-mail that my funds will be deposited via e-transfer (Gigadat) today or next business day.   24. I have had the worse experience with Duelz. I made a withdrawal and still not received also I logged on today to discover my account is blocked after allowing me to deposit. I still have £1600 in my account. They are ignoring all emails. I have screenshot evidence of withdrawal and funds still in my account. I must of had my doubts about the company to of screenshot. Please avoid as you won’t get paid out. I sent all documents they requested. I’m upset and disgusted how I have been treated. I am pursuing my case and taking further action.
