When doing our reviews of UK online casinos, we always check the significant terms and conditions of the bonus. These terms can make or break an offer so players need to read and know them. In this case, the bonus terms and conditions at Duelz are generally quite bad.

We’ll start with a few good parts. Duelz is one of the best PayPal casino options as you deposit using this method to trigger the bonus listed above. This is a rare feature as many other casinos do not give you a bonus if you use PayPal. The bonus also doesn’t expire for 30 days so you have plenty of time to use it in full.

High wagering (deposit + bonus)

Unfortunately, the x30 wagering requirements of Duelz Casino’s bonus end up being pretty high. That’s because they apply to both the deposit + bonus.

Here’s an example:

  • If you deposit £50 then you’ll get £50 bonus money
  • The wagering requirement applies to both these (£50 + £50 = £100).
  • So the wagering requirement would £100 x 30 = £3000.

Why is this bad?

Because most casinos only apply the wagering to the bonus money (which in this case would be £50 x 30 = £1500). So in this example, you effectively need to bet double the amount to turn the bonus money into real money.

If you do manage to convert into real money, you can only keep a maximum amount of £500 from the bonus money and £100 from the free spins. Anything you win above this amount will be forfeited.

One last problem? You can only bet a maximum of £2 when using any bonus money. This is poor as most other casinos allow you to bet at least £5 which can help you to clear the wagering requirements a bit faster.

Firstly, I was charged a £2.50 fee for a deposit where it clearly states no fees.
I tried to withdraw, and it has a permanent state of ‘pending’ with the date and not the time like you show. There is no option for live chat.
Email support is non-existent, they don’t reply – even when I said I will go to the Gambling Commission.
I have no other options since they won’t pay me, and are uncontactable.

I also have had a horrendous time with this company. I had 140 to withdraw and was being asked for verification every other day. I spoke on live chat, I emailed yet nothing got sorted. Live chat tell you to resend information, so you do. Then you get an email saying it wasn’t right, so send again. I did this at least 7 times with no joy. I have been waiting 24 hours for my withdrawl….

Ya OK u work for them I’m English full I’d never left UK all bank cards my name all I’d photo the lot and it was he’ll getting paid after spending a lot more than I won so ur a liar or working for duelz jokers trying post ur own info hahahaha

I have frequently deposited and also withdrawn a few times with Duelz. I thought it was the best casino! I withdrew £200 and £300 in July and they were both almost immediate and I was very satisfied.
On 4th August I tried to withdraw £2400 which was pending approval. After a few days I enquired and was told it was pending due to the size of the withdrawal and would be completed ASAP. I continued to deposit and play. I then received an email saying my passport had just expired and as my account was no longer verified I would need to send in valid documents etc.
I explained that my passport was being renewed but may take up to 6 weeks so was there another way for me to verify. After weeks of back and forth – slow response times. Me sending documents and them asking for another different one on top of all the other verified ones each time, instead of asking all at once. They then eventually informed me that the only documents they needed was a valid ID in which they sent me a link to a citizen card site – I purchased this card and it arrived – I sent it to Duelz and the process of sending documents started all over again! At last I had sent them all in and they were all valid according to the customer support! Yesterday I was told that my account had been verified and that they would be processing my withdrawal ASAP. Today I received £10 and was told that my £2390 was being forfeited due to me violating the terms and conditions! A very vague paragraph copied from their terms – about failing to notice and report an incomplete game! I was unaware that I did this, and didn’t win my money from an incomplete game! As seen in my gaming history.

Oh my god the same has since happened to myself too. I have now reason to believe that this casino is running illegally and not abiding by the UK Gambling Commssions law. I have all proof needed to back this up also. I have too received money from them and had them accept a whole lot from me also. Today I was approved for £425 to then be told it had been confiscated due to me violating their terms and conditions yet they’re not following many themselves. I have a whole back log and screenshots of evidence from them also. After telling them about what I had obtained they said my account would be blocked and if I was to speak to anyone about this they would get me done for slander so threatening me too.

They let you play and lose and deposit however you like. Then if you win and request withdrawal of winnings they ask you for every different type of ID, proof of address, photo of payment method.

Then they find a way to rip you off. With me, I used my PayPal Account (for extra protection pffft) which has been upgraded to a business account. So they emailed me after I was congratulated by an agent in the website chat for my win. The email said as I had funded my account with a PayPal account that is not a standard PayPal, they do not support the payment method.

Therefore, if I have unknowingly used an incorrect method of payment, one would assume my withdrawal would be cancelled and I would be refunded in full…

But no the email describes that my winnings have been confiscated due to me breaching terms of service. (by using my own PayPal in my name only and not owned by any business) but as they are super nice lol NOT.. They added how they have paid to refund £100 back to the unsupported payment method (even though its unsupported) leaving me unable to open any case with PayPal about their behaviour and withholding my funds.

Same here, today, 15.04.2023, I received 10 free games on big bass bonanza , with maximum winning cap of 100, and the 45x wagering requirements (free spin bonus for existing players – I had deposited before ) and I made 2.94£. After, I played for 2-3 hours other games, meet my requirements, and converted the money in 50pounds. With those 50 pounds, I started playing money cart for a few hours, with my balance bouncing back and front. After another 2 hours, playing on different bets, same game, with 900 pounds in balance (showing real money – available to withdraw-no restrictions) – got a bonus, playing 3000x bet, with a 3 pound bet – 9474 pounds payout. I made 10700. I had played anothe 300, checked my balance, saw available to withdraw more that 10000, and asked for 9500 payout. (From available to withdraw amount) remaining with 600 to keep playing . After 2 minutes, I started a chat, and asked how can I speed up the process, and to see if they have everything to make everything run smooth. The advisor congratulated me, and checked my details. After 1 minute, they canceled my 9500 payput, they left 100, and they withdrew 9400 (showing in my account, but didn’t received them.) . When I confronted them, they said that the funds of 9400 ware confiscated, because the maximum winning cap from a bonus, is 100. They ignore me, when i told them to check the logs, and to see that from bonus, I received 2.94 with restrictions and maximum cap. After, I gamble them more that 1000x, on other games, not having another contact with the promotional bonus game, and when I show them the term and conditions, are saying that, after meeting the gambling requirements of 45x, the money will convert in real money, without restrictions – how there own policy states.
I converted them to real money many times, playing for 4/5h on other games, making them real money, with no restrictions, and available to withdraw. I started playing another game, after 5 hours from that bonus, with a few hundreds in my account, and won the 9.5k with real
Money. When I withdraw, the account was showing available to Withdrawal all the 9.5k, bonus money 0, and real money all the 9.5k.

They are insisting on that 100 cap from Bonnie games (the 2.94) saying that the funds originated from bonus games , and they are ignoring me when I tell them and show them their own terms on condition stating the requirements, conditions and rules that are saying that, after meeting gambling requirements, they will
Convert in real money. I presented to them the term of real money, without restrictions how is stated in their policy. They are saying that the decision is final, and I lost All the money.
This is like a steal, I feel very anxious, depressed, and feel like they are making fun of me and my emotions. They are bullying only the answers in there favor (art 1.3-1.4 from terms and conditions) and ignore the continuation of (art 1.5-1.6) stating that the funds will be converted after requirements and without restrictions and cap .

I have recently left an honest true review of the site but forgot to mention a couple of other things which are very important.

1. I sensibly put a restriction on my account however I cannot see any way of finding out where you stand on that amount. For example if the limit was £3500 a month, am I at £1000, £2000, £3,000 etc as I try now to deposit and it says I can’t as reached my limit but I don’t know when it starts , when it ends, amount , date for refresh etc
2. Hi, I am a idle aged level headed business owner who likes a little gamble at times. I joined Duelz and had a nice win to start £3000 I think and was immediately paid out. I have supplied my documents and all is very efficient it seems.

1. Each deposit they charge from your debit card. This is I assume allowed from Malta but is not allowed in the UK I am told.
2. I deposited another £1,000 and got to £10,000 which was fantastic. I had my target and was very close to it however……I lost the £10,000 followed by another approx £2,000 WITHOUT ONE FEATURE at an average of £15 spin…….they say the slots work on RNG but it can’t and does not.
3. I think the idea is to draw you in and then bleed you…..fortunately I can afford to lose but it’s still not nice or fun to spin and spin and spin without ANYTHING. I guess I have lost some 800 spins without any good win or ANY FEATURE……That has to be engineered.
