Non-Existent Complaints Process: Their terms and conditions claim a complaints process, but in reality, there seems to be none. This lack of transparency is a major red flag.
Dismissive of Player Concerns: My detailed complaint with evidence went completely ignored. When I contacted customer support with detailed evidence of this request, they dismissed my complaint entirely, claiming I had no deposit limits set beforehand. This not only contradicts my records but also highlights a troubling disregard for player well-being and a breach of safer gambling. I proactively requested a deposit limit of £20 per week two hours before making a large deposit which UK.jackpot told me had been set prior to the large deposit.

I won £2,000 on Tuesday 19/9. I applied for withdrawal immediately and received a response to say it would be paid within 72 hours.. nothing! When I contacted them they said 5 days. Still nothing. I am assured by Support that I will get my Winnings, but no-one is responding to my emails. It’s now 30/9 and I’ve still got nothing. I really don’t know what to do as the phone is unanswered and emails unreplied to. They don’t need any documents from me to prove my eligibility to play so there’s no reason for the delay.
