Is Yeti Casino legit?
Yeti Casino is an online casino that launched in June 2017. The site is owned by L&L Europe which is a very experienced online casino operator. Yeti Casino operates legally within Britain as they are listed on L&L Europe Limited’s licence from the UK Gambling Commission. Their site has many security features in place and uses strong encryption that’s verified by GoDaddy. So there’s no doubt that Yeti Casino is totally legit and not a scam.
But is it a good place to play? Overall, we think this is a good site with many positive features. Read our full Yeti Casino review for UK players to find out exactly what to expect.

Eligibility is restricted for suspected abuse. Welcome bonus excluded for players depositing with Skrill or Neteller. Full T&Cs apply. Begambleaware.org. Gamble Responsibly.
Compared with our other reviews of online casinos in the UK, the bonus terms and conditions at Yeti Casino are very mixed.
The main problem is that there are x60 wagering requirements attached to the deposit bonus. This means you need to wager your bonus money 60 times before you can withdraw any remaining winnings. Most other sites set them between x30 and x40 on average so this is much higher and more difficult to do. They do at least have a counter that tells you how much you need to wager, as shown here:
There are x40 wagering requirements attached to any winnings from both sets of spins. This is at least more reasonable. However, for the no deposit free spins, you can only withdraw a minimum of £40. There’s also a maximum win from these same spins of £100.
You must make a payment of at least £10 to activate the deposit bonus. Although MuchBetter, Skrill, and Neteller are excluded, you can use PayPal. This makes them one of the few UK casinos with PayPal that actually give out a bonus to players who use this option which is good to see.
As Yeti Casino offer a 100% deposit bonus, this means whatever amount you deposit will also be given to you as bonus money, up to a maximum of £111. For example:
- You deposit £20 for a £20 bonus
- You deposit £100 for a £100 bonus
- You deposit £150 for a £111 bonus (as this is the maximum)
One thing to remember is that the bonus money will only be credited to you once your first deposit amount is lost in full. This sounds like a negative but it’s actually not too bad. If you manage to win with your own money then you can request a withdrawal straight away (and also forfeit the bonus). But if you lose your own money then the bonus acts as a second chance to win. Most other bonuses are structured this way too.
N/A – You do not need to enter any bonus codes to trigger the offers at Yeti Casino.
The no deposit free spins will be credited as soon as you create and verify a new account. If you then make a qualifying deposit, the bonus money and extra free spins will be credited to you as well.
Yeti Casino offer two batches of spins to new players from the UK. The first are called free spins and the second are called extra spins. However, they both work in exactly the same way as free spins at other casinos by allowing you to spin a slot machine without using your own money to bet.
At the moment, you can use both batches to play the Book of Dead slot. This is a popular game from Play’n GO.
Promotions for existing players
Once you’ve used the bonuses above, Yeti Casino offer more promotions for existing players. We can’t say exactly what’s available because these offers change regularly. However, at the time of writing, we found promos like:
- Deposit bonuses
- Slot tournaments
- & more
You can go to the Promotions page on their site to browse the options.
You can use the following payment methods to make a deposit at Yeti Casino in the UK:
- Trustly (Instant Bank Transfer)
- Apple Pay
It’s very good to see that PayPal is available. Many British players prefer to use this to fund their account and PayPal only partner with sites in the gambling industry that they consider credible. So this is another example of Yeti Casino being legit.
They are also one of the online casinos that accept Trustly. This allows you to log in to your online banking to make a payment. It’s becoming more popular in the UK as it’s quick, secure, and requires no extra account to be created.
The one slight downside is that they’ve removed the pay by phone option. So you can no longer deposit by adding the charge to your phone bill.
But overall, you shouldn’t have any problem topping up your account.
The minimum deposit at Yeti Casino is £10. This applies to all payment methods above, apart from Trustly which has a minimum deposit of £25.
No fees are charged and all deposits are transferred to your account instantly.
Yeti Casino withdrawal time
A withdrawal at Yeti Casino usually takes between 1-2 business days to be completed overall. This is decent compared with other sites despite not being the fastest we’ve ever seen.
All withdrawals need to be approved first which usually happens within 24 hours. If you request a withdrawal before 6am then it’s often approved the same day. However, sometimes there can be a delay if extra verification is needed.
Once approved, it takes around 1 working day for the money to then reach your account. You can use the following payment methods:
- Trustly (Instant Bank Transfer)
- Apple Pay
- Standard Bank Transfer
In most cases, you can only withdraw using a payment method that you’ve previously used to deposit.
However, if you manage to win a lot of money then you can request a minimum of £5,000 using standard bank transfer. However, this might not be as quick as instant bank transfers because large amounts usually take longer to approve.
Our Yeti Casino withdrawal review
We decided to test these withdrawal times ourselves. It took just over 38 hours to receive our payout at Yeti Casino from start to finish. As shown in the image above:
- We requested a withdrawal using Visa at 18:16 on 9th October
- The money entered our account at 8:30 on 11th October
This is not bad but still quite far behind our fast payout casinos UK overall.
One very positive aspect is that the money was processed by Visa straight away. That’s because Yeti Casino approved our payout at 8:30 on 11th October too, and the money was in our account as soon as we checked. This confirms them to be a casino with fast Visa withdrawals which is good to see.
Overall, this is a decent part of our Yeti Casino review.
The minimum amount that you can withdraw at Yeti Casino is £20. This applies to all payout methods listed above, apart from standard bank transfer which has a minimum deposit of £5000.
Yeti Casino do not charge a withdrawal fee usually. However, if you request a payout every day then they may ask you to change this pattern. That’s because it costs them money to process every payout. If you continue withdrawing every day then they may start charging a fee.
Slots & games
Yeti Casino have a library of 1000+ games that you can play from the UK. Compared with our other online casinos with a UK licence, this is a pretty good number despite not being the biggest we’ve ever seen. You should have plenty of gaming options when playing here.
To find a game, you can use some of the filter options that are shown in the image above. For example, you can narrow down the options by category or by using the search bar.
The types of games you can play include:
- Table games
- Video poker
- & more
The vast majority of games are slots which are very popular with British players. However, it’s good to see more options too. For example, they are one of the Slingo sites in the UK which is a recent game that’s gained a lot of traction in the UK.
All of these games are provided by some of the most popular software developers like:
- Pragmatic Play
- Play’n GO
- Red Tiger
- & many more
All of these providers regularly release new games too. This means Yeti Casino’s library is always expanded with more options.
Yeti Casino have 70+ live dealer tables that you can play in the UK. Most other sites have fewer live casino options, so this is good to see.
You can play the following types of games with a real dealer:
- Game Shows
- & more
All the live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. It’s very good to see that they’ve partnered with Evolution as they are by far the biggest live casino provider in Britain. Pragmatic Play are also popular.
Mobile & interface
We used a variety of devices to test this site. Overall, the design is pretty good with useful menus and other navigation options to move around the site.
If you want to use a mobile device then you can play easily using your device’s browser. As shown in the image above, the site will automatically adapt to your screen size and you can use the same details to log in.
All of the features you find on desktop are available on mobile too – such as bonuses, payment methods, and games.
There are many customer support options available at Yeti Casino if you ever need help.
The best place to start is their FAQ page which is shown in the image above. You’ll find answers for a variety of topics like bonuses, payment methods, games, and more. We found the answers to be useful for answering basic queries.
However, if you ever need more help then you can speak to an agent via
- Live chat
Unfortunately, the customer support team are not available 24/7. Instead, you can only contact them between 7am and midnight UK time. This is disappointing as most other sites are open around the clock.
However, one positive aspect is that they have a phone number you can call. Most other sites do not offer phone support anymore so this is good to see.
As part of their UK licence, Yeti Casino are required to verify the identity of all players from Great Britain before allowing them to gamble.
It’s possible that they’ll verify you automatically (no verification casinos). This happens when they are able to match your personal details from the registration form with a variety of publically available databases. If successful, you’ll be verified straight away and can start to gamble.
However, if this doesn’t work then you’ll need to send documents that prove your identity. This usually includes a copy of your:
- Passport / Driving licence
- Utility bill / Bank statement
Yeti Casino usually verify your documents within a few hours. However, you must upload clear copies of documents that are in date or have been recently issued for this to happen.
Yeti Casino review summary
Overall, we think Yeti Casino is a pretty good site. They have a range of popular payment methods, a good selection of slots, and plenty of live casino games. We’ve listed them as one of our top 20 online casinos UK at the moment.
The site is totally safe and secure as they have all the proper licensing from the Gambling Commission to operate legally in Great Britain. Same company also operates Yako Casino, Fun Casino, All British Casino.
However, there are a few improvements that could be made. The x60 wagering requirements on the bonus money are much higher than the average so we’d like to see these reduced. It would also be very good to see customer support hours extended to 24/7.
But overall, this is a good option for UK players. If you do decide to play, make sure to add to the Yeti Casino reviews from our readers on this page.
