Stay away from super 7 as well as this casino. Similar thing happened to me at super 7 and now due to new regulations put in from government of Ontario, super 7 has closed its doors for players residing in Ontario. Long story short made a deposit of $250 cashed out 450 first time had no problem getting my funds. Second time deposited $200 and won $2500 and somehow a win of $360 disappeared from the total but I said [Expletive] it I’ll withdraw the remaining amount and then came the process of verification and what a joke that was, so I played out the funds and as soon as I was done blowing the rest of the funds I got an email saying my identification had been verified but when I checked one document still said pending ..so don’t play these sites

I agree that this website is a complete scam. I have provided numerous documents over 3 months. It is crazy the scams they pull. Total scam site. Let’s you play for months takes all your money. The minute you win something worth withdrawing they slam you with 7 documents required. They accept 6 out of the 7 and screw you on the last one. They say we don’t accept documents over 3 months old yet they are asking for a document that is over 3 months old. Make it make sense!!! By far the worst casino. My account was locked due to a name mismatch on a deposit, my friend deposited the money for me through her debit we weren’t supposed to do that I know that now. My account was temporarily locked until they received documents I sent in documents and they requested more. I do not have a passport or drivers license and they were not willing to take other means of identification. Absolutly terrible casino, they take your money without hesitation, then when you win and want to withdraw your money, they say your information is incorrect and you have to resubmit it. Not only that, but I won over $20,000, the first time i actually won big, and they did a “manual adjustment” of $15,000, claiming I used an “illegal wallet” which makes no sense because I’ve used the same method everytime I deposit.

I won $450 after wagering but was declined because I made a bet over 5 euros. Then I argued I bet 5 Canadian dollars and then their rules changed. Asked me for account verification which I provided and questioned my banking information. I provided an explanation that my account was joint with my wife and also provided her identity information. I tried replying and they blocked me completely. It’s absolutely crap. They would have continued to take my money. Even if I violated their policy I should have been blocked and my account closed before any more funds were deposited. As far as I am concerned they knowingly accepted my deposits with the intention of denying any withdrawal. They sent one email about my banking info and I responded. This sounds totally familiar to me. I honestly thought they were finally a decent online gaming site…wrong!! They all do this same thing. Better to do something else with your money or…find a really good casino…Jackpot City, Ruby Fortune, Gaming Club…all up front it appears…been there for years. 🙂
I’m going thru this same situation and it’s very very frustrating…its now day 7 and still no luck as they keep asking for a transaction that happened one year ago and just so happened I had closed that bank account so they using their advantage to no allow me to withdraw…has your Situation ever been resolved?

I agree Anthony! I played there for about a year and deposited thousands of dollars. I think I got 3 or 4 x 3,000 payouts and all of a sudden they’re checking my Source of Wealth…which is fine…my money is legitimate, however, that’s not what it’s about. I’m self-employed and wouldn’t accept my proof of income…wanted tax returns. I’m not sending my tax returns to any online gaming site…if a bank statement and obvious deposits aren’t good enough, tough luck! I wasn’t allowed to make any further withdrawals and if my account wasn’t verified in 30 days, then it would be suspended, so no matter what, I couldn’t win. They decide. It was very apparent to me that they don’t like to pay out…you can play there but you can’t win very often….they’ll use the Source of Wealth excuse to make it impossible. Whatever! I closed my account and told them I would post my experience. They could care less. lol Neither could I to be honest. Keep that up and they’ll be belly up soon enough. I had seen reviews online similar to my experience.

They also blocked my account as soon as I made a deposit. So..they have my money and wont return it. I have filed a report with authority’s. They are a scam!!!
