*UPDATE* – Want to play at a top internet casino? Sadly, we don’t think mr.play are up to the task anymore.
Mr. play review includes bonus info – including the very HARSH wagering – free spins and more!
There are a number of different buttons on a remote of any sort. Firstly, you can rewind or you can fast-forward. Secondly, you could pause or just plain stop the transmission that you are getting on your telly. Last, but not least, is the play button, which is the way to really get things started.
Today, the Casino Professor will be taking a look at mr.play, who seem to be an active bunch. They are all about play with no pausing or stopping, which is great since they are in the online casino business.
Mr.play arrived on the scene at the end of 2017, which makes them a rather new player.
Mr.play Casino Bonus
New online casinos rarely tend to give their customers a lot of cool extras, but mr.play has started out very strong. At the time of writing, you are able to collect bonus points while playing, redeem a reload bonus of 50% up to €200, get rewarded by playing on many consecutive days, participate in a gold raffle, and more! It warms the Professor’s huge heart to see this many cool extras at a casino this young.
All the other extras aside, who does not like getting rewarded with a big and hefty bonus straight out of the gate when registering to a new internet casino? Here is what mr.playlay has cooked up for you:
- deposit: 100% up to 200€/£ + 20 free spins
- deposit: 40 free spins
- deposit: 40 free spins
While we do appreciate just about every 100% bonus that we can get, we still think mr.play could have done a bit more here. Namely, why are the second and the third deposit without any bonus percentages at all—excluding of course the 50% reload bonus available at the time of writing. Then again, this casino might be trying to limit the amount of bonus hunters on their website and going for people who are more in it for the long-haul. There is certainly nothing wrong with putting more focus on your extra campaigns, but the Professor still would have liked to see a bit more here than just a few measly free spins.
Bonus codes are not needed at mr.play. No need to go looking for them.
Mr. play Free Spins
All the free spins at mr.play are to be used on Starburst—the legendary space slot that probably everyone knows by now. The Professor always cringes when he sees Starburst being the only game where you can use your free spins. Granted, it is a great classic in the casino business, but there are simply hundreds and thousands of other great slots as well, so why feature just one that is already 6 years old?
Bonus Terms and Conditions
The Professor has seen his fair share of bonus terms and conditions, which means that he has an impeccable eye for what is good and what is not.
So, the fact that all NetEnt games only contribute 50% of the wagering wasn’t going to pass him by! Make sure to check out the full game weighting here, but it’s a really sour taste that the Professor has been left with – as it effectively doubles the wagering for most games.
Here are the other rules:
- You have to wager your bonus amount 35 times.
- You have to wager your free spins wins 35 times.
- In order to get your second and third batch of free spins, you have to deposit on your second and your third day, respectively.
There are many ways at mr.play that you can use to put some of that sweet cash on your gaming account. You can choose between at least Visa, Mastercard, Trustly, Skrill, Euteller, Entercash and Zimpler to fund your account. The Neteller logo is barely visible on mr.play’s grey background, but we can tell that this popular payment method is also available.
mr. play Games
Mr.play’s game selection is still somewhat of a work in progress. They have about 300 games, but they are constantly making new deals. At the time of writing, they had a lot of great titles from game providers such as NetEnt, Play’n GO, Microgaming, NeoGames, Lightning Box Games and Thunderkick already, with plenty more to come.
You can definitely see the benefits of having Aspire in your court here, as this fresh casino boasts a lot of table games and even live casino games already. Oh, and for those in favour of scratchcards, Mr.play is a fine choice for you as well!
While mr.play does not have an outside mobile app for you to download, you can access their mobile casino straight through your mobile browser. This makes things easy for the players, since the layout is about the same and you can still find yourself many amazing hits to sink your virtual teeth into.
Security and Safety
Mr.play’s games are powered and operated by Aspire Global International LTD, which has become synonymous with safe, secure and respectable online casino gaming. In addition to this, mr.play also have a license from the Malta Gaming Authority, which means that they can be trusted without a question.
Mr.play has not put out a list of restricted countries where you cannot play. Instead, they are basically saying that if you live in a country where gambling is forbidden by law, you are not allowed to play here either. It is as simple as that.
Mr.play Casino review by Casino Professor
Ahh, after so much initial promise, my mr.play Casino review has been left down massively by the extremely poor wagering requirements on show.
It all started so well, with the seemingly innocent and gracious x35 being applied. However, as a significant chunk of slots (including all NetEnt games) only count 50% towards the completion of wagering, this effectively doubles the number to reach a very high x70.
Everything else get overlooked, unfortunately.
