  3. This casino has a fantastic selection of games. The only downfall is the processing time for withdrawals. Im fully verified and my pending withdrawal is on day 2 so anything could happen. What i dont understand is how some casinos have the ability to process withdrawals instantly or perhaps a couple of hours, other casinos can take a max of 3 days but this casino is allowed to take several days to weeks to process.   6. why havnt I got my withdrawal. been over 72 hours. all they keep saying is your withdrawal is being processed. I deposited via skrill so withdrawals are instant to E- wallets.

  7. I won 3 different amounts, one was paid without being verified but the other two would not be released until the account was verified. Albeit I spoke to numerous staff I had no problem getting through the longest I waited to be connected to an agent was 3 minutes. Now don’t get me wrong it took me chatting to about 6 different agents and then speaking to them this morning but give them there due they did get it sorted. My account is now verified and the funds released (still waiting on the money mind!)
    Once thing I noticed was that the live chat doesn’t load with internet explorer but it does when you use chrome. Also if you loaded documents and you were hitting say the 71st hour if you then submit another document the timer resets back to zero and your back to waiting 72 hours.

  8. Seems I’m not the only one having issues. Created an account on Sunday 27th June and won over £6k. Uploaded documents, got an email on Tuesday advising some were missing. Resent them and emailed them twice asking for confirmation of receipt but heard nothing. 72 hours has now passed and I’m being told to keep waiting. Also looks like they’ve restricted me being able to live chat them. I have a feeling they are going to block my account and withhold the funds as it seems a reoccurring theme! DO NOT USE THESE!! I have registered a complaint with IBAS as I will not be letting this go.

    I made a withdrawal on the 8th of June and they keep saying they need proof of my payment method which I’ve now sent numerous times! They clearly have no intention of paying out!
    I have now taken this matter up with gambling commission as well as IBAS!

I then carried on playing and won a bit more I went to withdraw £400 that was on the 21/5/21 and I still haven’t received it.
