    Casino Lab withdrawal times

    A withdrawal at Casino Lab is processed within 24 hours to 48 hours on average. However, many of our Casino Lab reviews from players have said that delays are frequent.

      They gladly take your money but after a while they refuse to pay withdrawals. They make excuses to why documents are not adequate. They want you to upload the docs to their site but there is not a place for it. Then you submit your docs via email and all you get from them is that “documents are not processed when submitted to email, use your account to upload them”.which is impossible. Also they always stall the process by saying that 72 h is needed to handle your case further. Games were great and they payed well but my god l have NEVER witnessed more dishonest and repugnant online casino. AVOID IT

    7. I like many others are having problems getting my withdrawal money processed. All documents verified yet still nothing. Email response is days and an automated response acknowledgement. Avoid at all cost, nothing but problems, I have played this site since the beginning of year, initially verified my account with no problems, and although my first withdrawal took over 3 weeks, I say this as a blip until recently! Have made numerous withdrawals and always hit bank within 3 days, however my last withdrawal I made 2 weeks ago is yet to hit my bank! They blame world pay initially then it’s sitting with a verification team, then the recent asking me to verify a new card I used, which I have been using since June!     11. 26th won £260, all approved but the money never get into my bank account. Contacted Cs and been told that Worlpay have issues processing payments and an apology on theirs behalf.     13. I joined on the 30th july2021 and had a win requested a withdrawal of £700! 2 days late get a pop up saying account blocked after over 50 emails!! ( no one rarely reply’s!!!) I then get asked to send documentation of everything which I did so my withdrawal can be processed!! Start of this withdrawal was 27!!! Days ago then today I get a email saying my winnings have been confiscated for having a bonus???         Regarding the deposit limits, they sometimes only start from the date and time they are set. Some deposit limits are also done on a rolling period, not a fixed period such as Monday to Monday. So, for example, if you set a weekly deposit limit of £50 on 16th July at 12pm then you would only be able to deposit up to that amount within a 7-day period from then on. You can contact Casino Lab’s support for more information on how their deposit limits work.

    17. On 1 and 2 July I win some money. Today its 13 July, nothing. 5 times they tell me to I need wait 72h to verifyte my account . All documentation it’s aproved. And yesterday they decline one of documents and send me email that this document missing. I am very pist off. I send the same document again and its aproved immediately. Of course they send me email I need to wait more 72h. Next step today is the send the email to gambling commission. I hope to take my money someday.

    25. Casinolab has not paid my withdrawal. Contacting their customer service is a way for them to buy time before you give up. They say they have phone support which no one ever answers. So then I tried emailing twice and no response at all. They have 24 hour live chat but won;t give you any answers on it. Do not deposit with them. They are scam artists and you will never get paid out.

Scandalous would avoid with a barge pole wish I read the reviews before signing up I won’t some money on free spins but was wager and ended it up winning 1670 made the withsrawal on the 10/5/2021 and it’s not Thursday the 14 so entering our 3rs days my withdrawal has been pending I have tried contact them and I have one reply saying it’s still being processed once is approved one of our crew member will be intouch shortly baring in mind I got that email on the 12/5/2021 at 6 am wendays Since them numerous forms filled out numberous emails to aupport@ casino lab giving me a reference number saying one of crew member will be in rich shortly it’s scandalous could caisninlab be brought into this

        All withdrawals at UK casinos must be checked and approved before they can be processed. This is a requirement of their UK licence. Unfortunately, in some circumstances, it can take several days to complete.

I know they can take a few days but not 10 days it’s because that how long it’s since I requested my withdrawal and I’ve sent numberous email proberly 100 and I’ve reviewed 3 and eberytime they have said ifs being escalated so the review can be completed 10 days later its still under review
