Casino.com Review Update – Casino.com UK stopped operating in January 2023. This means players from Great Britain can no longer play here. View our list of top 20 online casinos UK or select from the options below for an alternative place to play:
Casino.com is an online casino that launched in 2008. Casino.com is currently owned and operated by Mansion Europe Holdings Ltd. With such a name, you would expect them to offer a top quality UK casino experience. But is that the case? Read our Casino.com review UK as we cover all the aspects – good and bad.
Casino.com review in a nutshell:
Pros ✔
- UPDATED: Many game providers at Casino.com UK
- 1500+ slots & games
- Many Casino.com payment methods – including PayPal
- Weekly promotions for existing players
- 24/7 customer support
Cons ✘
- TESTED: Average Casino.com withdrawal times
- Pay by Phone by Boku no longer accepted
- Must be logged in for live chat support
Casino.com bonus
If you want to make a first deposit, Casino.com UK has the following 100 deposit bonus as a welcome offer:
- 100% up to £100 + 200 free spins
Casino.com might not be showering you with multiple casino bonuses but at least it’s something.
Bonus terms & wagering
The bonus terms and conditions that we found for this Casino.com review have improved from what they once were. The casino bonus wagering requirements are not bad. For the x20 wagering on the free spins, this actually makes Casino.com a low wagering casino UK. The x40 wagering requirements for the deposit bonus are higher but quite standard.
One thing to note is that this is a card registration bonus UK only. This means you can only unlock the offer above by depositing using debit card. No other deposit method will work.
Casino.com’s bonus is a forfeitable bonus. This term can be very useful – as we experienced ourselves.
A forfeitable bonus means you play with your own money first. If you lose then the bonus acts as a second chance for you to win.
But if you win with your own money straight away then you can give up the bonus and withdraw the winnings to your account.
We decided to take the Casino.com deposit bonus for new UK players. And we were lucky enough to turn the £20 we deposited into £50 overall:
We then wanted to make a withdrawal from the Real Balance.
Of course, this would mean giving up our entire Bonus Balance in order for the payout to be approved.
Casino.com notified us of this before processing the withdrawal:
But we were only able to request this payout because the bonus was forfeitable.
Bonus code
N/A – You do not need a bonus code at Casino.com UK to redeem the welcome offer above.
You just need to select it when making a first deposit.
Free spins
You’ll receive a total of 200 free spins at Casino.com UK. These will all be available for the same slot:
- Casino.com free spins slot game: Age of Gods
You’ll get 40 free spins as soon as you make a first deposit. The remaining amount will be credited in batches of 20 free spins per day.
Promotions for existing players
Casino.com is one of those casinos that seems to always have something extra available.
At the time of this Casino.com review UK, there was at least one promo available every single weekday – with table game offers alongside slots. It is always nice to see casinos valuing their long-time customers as well instead of just focusing on new people. Therefore, we’ve selected them as one of the sites with the best casino offers UK currently.
Payment methods
You can use the following payment methods at Casino.com UK:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- Maestro
- Skrill
- Neteller
- Paysafecard
- Ecopayz
- MuchBetter
- Neosurf
- Bank Transfer
As you can see, there’s a wide variety of payment methods available to make a deposit. It’s great to see Casino.com UK as one of the elite PayPal casinos – so top marks for our Casino.com review for that!
Unfortunately, Casino.com UK no longer accepts Pay by Phone payments in the UK – which is disappointing. You can select an alternative from our list of Pay by Phone casinos. However, they do still offer a much wider variety than other sites. For example, they are a Neosurf casino UK which very few others can say they are.
Minimum deposit
The minimum deposit at Casino.com is £10.
It used to be £5 when Pay by Phone payments were accepted – but these are no longer accepted. Again, you can select an alternative £5 minimum deposit casino UK if you would prefer to play with less.
So this part of our Casino.com review is a bit mixed overall.
Casino.com withdrawal times
The time it takes to get a withdrawal at Casino.com is between 24 hours and 4 working days on average. All payout requests need to be approved before they are processed. This is usually done within 24 hours but can take longer in some cases – especially if extra verification documents are needed.
Once approved, the time it takes to receive the payout depends on which Casino.com withdrawal method you use:
Casino.com withdrawal method | Average withdrawal time |
---|---|
PayPal | Within 24 hours |
MuchBetter | Within 24 hours |
Skrill | Within 24 hours |
Neteller | Within 24 hours |
Paysafecard | Within 24 hours |
Ecopayz | Within 24 hours |
Debit Cards | Within 48 hours |
Bank Transfer | 24 – 48 hours |
As you can see, Casino.com is one of the very few Paysafecard casinos UK that actually accepts withdrawals using Paysafecard. You can transfer money back to your online Paysafecard account if you have one.
But remember you can only withdraw using a payment method that you’ve previously used to make a deposit. If this isn’t available then you will have to request a Bank Transfer.
Minimum withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal at Casino.com is £5 when using bank card.
For all other payment methods it is £10 or higher.
Our Casino.com withdrawal review
As mentioned earlier in this Casino.com review, we managed to make a withdrawal ourselves from this site. Here’s our Casino.com withdrawal review.
As we deposited using our bank debit card to get the bonus, we were only allowed to withdraw back to that same debit card. We requested it on 6th October at 13:54 as you can see here:
In general, withdrawing as early as possible during the day can help to speed things up. As it gives the casino’s payments team more time to check and approve your payout.
However, our payout request wasn’t approved until the next day. We know this because we received a confirmation email on 7th October at 18:01 as you can see here:
Admittedly, the payout was then in our account very quickly.
Here’s a screenshot showing that we received the payment on that same 7th October day:
NOTE: Payouts by Casino.com UK are credited by Onisac.
Faster alternatives than Casino.com
But overall, our Casino.com withdrawal review isn’t the best we’ve ever seen. There are much quicker alternatives. For example, these sites are some of the fastest to payout:
Each site here is a fast payout casino UK. In the best cases, a withdrawal can be completed the same day you make a request.
Slots & games
Casino.com UK offers 1500+ slots and games that British players can play. All these games are provided by a range of top quality providers. Previously, they only offered games by Playtech – but they’ve since added:
- NetEnt
- Microgaming
- Pragmatic Play
- Play’n GO
- Quickspin
- Blueprint
- and more
The vast majority of these 1500+ games are slots. You can browse and search the entire list on their website using useful filters – such as new releases, slots with specific features, jackpots, and more.
Aside from slots, you’ll find plenty of table games like roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and more.
Live Casino
If you want to play with real dealers, Casino.com have a pretty good library of live casino games. You can connect to video streams to play the following games:
- Roulette
- Blackjack
- Game Shows
- Baccarat
- Poker variations
- and more
At the time of this Casino.com review update, there were 40+ live casino table games overall.
Mobile play
You can play at Casino.com UK using your mobile phone or tablet. We mostly used our mobile phone’s browser when completing this Casino.com review and found pretty much the same experience as you would get on a computer.
So you can enjoy the same bonuses, promotions for existing players, payment methods, and other features at Casino.com using your mobile.
The only slight difference is that a few old games may not be available on mobile. This isn’t the fault of Casino.com. It’s because the games themselves were developed a long time ago using outdated technology that isn’t compatible with Apple, Android, and other mobile devices. But this issue only affects a very small number of games. The vast majority can be played on mobile too.
App
You can download the Casino.com app from the Apple App Store or Google Play if you want.
We didn’t do this ourselves – as the experience with our mobile phone browser was completely fine. But it’s an option in case you want a native app.
Casino.com verification
You have to open an account and verify your identity before you can play. This is due to UK licence obligations. All of our top 50 online casinos have this licence – including Casino.com UK – so you must complete verification at any of them to start gambling.
However, Casino.com will try to be a no verification casino UK. This is when they manage to verify you automatically – with no documents required. Make sure to fill in the registration form correctly. Casino.com will then try and match your information with a variety of databases to complete the verification.
We were lucky enough to be automatically verified when conducting this Casino.com review in UK. After entering our details, we were told our account was open:
But automatic verification is not guaranteed.
If it’s not successful then you’ll need to complete the online casino verification process. You will probably need to send in documentation to do this. Common verification documents include:
- Proof of ID – such as passport or driving licence
- Proof of address – such as a recent utility bill or bank statement
Casino.com UK will then manually check these documents to approve your account. To try and speed things up, make sure to send clear copies of recent and valid documents.
Customer support
Our Casino.com review of the customer support is mixed.
The good thing to know is that help is available 24/7. You can use the following methods to get in touch:
- Live Chat
- UK freephone
- FAQ
However, live chat is only available if you are logged in. This is pretty annoying as it means you can’t ask a question and get an answer in real-time unless you have created and verified an account.
Most sites offer Live Chat to everyone – even those not logged in. So hopefully this is changed soon.
Perhaps to make up for it, Casino.com have a UK freephone number alongside a contact email address and an FAQ section. This is good as it means you have a lot of options to get help.
But unfortunately, our Casino.com review rating for customer support won’t improve until Live Chat is available for everyone.
Is Casino.com legit?
Casino.com is owned by Mansion. They have been in the industry for a number of years. There are many security measures and preventatives to keep your personal data secure, meaning Casino.com is a totally legit site to play at.
Licences
To operate, Casino.com has a licence under the wing of Mansion from the UK. Their UK licence allows them to legally operate for British players.
It’s great to see that no recorded sanctions have been attributed to Mansion’s UK licence throughout their time in the industry. This again shows them as a safe and trustworthy casino site.
Casino.com review summary
Our recent Casino.com review updates have been a lot more positive – with major improvements made in the last few years.
You can now find a good selection of quality game providers at Casino.com. Previously they only partnered with a couple of providers which meant they only offered a small numbe of games. Now there’s 1500+ slots and games you can play.
There’s also a decent number of Casino.com payment methods which you can use in the UK. Including the very popular PayPal.
There is still room for improvement. For example, our own Casino.com withdrawal review wasn’t the quickest experience. And the average Casino.com withdrawal times are known to be 24 hours or longer – which is far longer than the fastest paying sites. Pay by phone has also been removed – while Live Chat could be opened for everyone.
But overall, Casino.com is certainly making a lot of progress.
If you decide to play here, make sure to add to the Casino.com reviews from our readers on this page to let us know what you think.

By far the worst casino on the market
Hi George,
Sorry to hear Casino.com hasn’t been a good experience for you.
However, are you able to give us a bit more detail about what went wrong?

It’s a con
Hi Matthew,
Sorry to hear you’ve not had a good experience at Casino.com.
Are you able to provide more information about your issue?
Regards,
Casino Professor Team
Good casino but be aware you can play hundreds of spins without getting any bonus. I have lost much more than I ever won, and if I won, they surely made sure they got their money back. Like any casino I suppose !
Hi Michele,
Thanks for leaving your Casino.com review.
As online casinos offer games of chance, it isn’t guaranteed that you will activate a slot machine’s bonus rounds, unfortunately.
We hope you have better luck in future.

Casino Professor Team
where my 200 free spin..i want to continue that slot was i play and win 200 time free game…?
Hi,
At the time of writing, our Casino.com review includes a UK bonus which gives players in Great Britain 20 spins as soon as they sign up. The other 180 spins are then unlocked if the player makes a qualifying first deposit of £20 or more.
This offer is valid for players in Great Britain. A different bonus may apply to players in other regions. You can check what that is on the main Casino.com website.
We hope this has answered your question. Please get back to us if you have any further queries.
Good luck with your gaming!
Regards,
Casino Professor Team
SCAM!! Don’t play in this casino, you will not get your money back.
Hi Bine,
Sorry to hear you’ve not had a good experience at Casino.com. Are you able to explain a bit more about what happened?
As online casinos contain games of chance, it’s not guaranteed that you will win money while playing there. However, do let us know if your issue is to do with something else other than their games.
Regards,
Casino Professor Team
