3.8 / 5

7Casino was founded in 2019 as another online casino that is owned by BGO Entertainment. In this 7Casino review, we explain exactly what to expect from this site’s welcome bonus, game providers, promotions, payment methods and more so you can decide whether they’re a good fit for you.

As with most other BGO brands, we’ve rated them highly thanks to many positive features. However, there are one or two drawbacks which prevent 7Casino from attaining the full 5 stars.

7Casino review in a nutshell:

Pros ✔

  • Rewarding VIP scheme
  • 500+ slots & games
  • PayPal transactions

Cons ✘

  • High wagering requirements on 7Casino welcome bonus
  • No 24/7 support
  • Limited standalone Promotions for existing players

7Casino Bonus

Their casino welcome bonus offers the possibility to get 500 free spins (for UK players only).

Making a deposit of £10 or more will give you 1 spin on the Mega Wheel. You could then win:

  • Up to 500 Free Spins!

Deposits via Skrill or Neteller are not eligible. Wagering requirements of x65 apply for the winnings – which is very high. There is also a chance that you may not win ANY free spins from the Mega Wheel.

Bonus Terms & Wagering

Unfortunately, 7Casino is no longer a no wagering casino.

This means that all their bonuses have wagering requirements included, amongst other terms. Here are some key highlights of the above bonus.

  • UK only
  • Can win up to 500 free spins from the Mega Wheel on 1st deposit
    • There is a chance you won’t win any free spins
  • Minimum deposit £10
  • You must spin the Mega Wheel within 24 hours of being prompted
  • x65 wagering requirements apply for any winnings from the free spins
  • Free spins expire 24 hours after being credited to your account
  • Each spin is worth 0.50
  • Different games contribute different amounts to the wagering
  • You can withdraw your cash balance at any time
    • However, a withdrawal request before wagering is complete will cancel the bonus and any of its winnings
  • Max bet of £2.50 per spin while wagering
  • Max win from the Mega Wheel is £8 for every 10 Free Spins
  • Max amount you can win after wagering is £150
  • Wagering must be complete within 7 days

You can see 7Casino’s general terms and conditions.

As you can see, 7Casino have high wagering requirements for their welcome bonus compared with other major casino sites. This is far from ideal and doesn’t make it particularly appealing.

7Casino Bonus Code

N/A – You do not need a specific 7Casino bonus code to activate either bonus above.

7Casino Free Spins

So, if you’re a fan of free spins then 7Casino has them you could get them in abundance – with up to 500 being possible.

In terms of slots, 7Casino offer their free spins on Twin Spin.

At the time of this 7Casino review, the extra casino bonuses on offer for existing players were a mixed bag.

Under the “Promotions” tab, we only found the welcome offers plus a link to their Diamond Rewards scheme. There were no actual standalone promotions available.

We’re giving 7Casino a bit of leeway to begin with as they’ve only recently gone live. However, two of their other brands do offer standalone promotions at times to their players. See:

However, not all their other brands offer standalone promotions, as we pointed out in our Vegas Luck Casino review. This was BGO’s newest site before 7Casino and it still doesn’t have any – so it remains to be seen whether standalone promotions will actually appear.

We’ll keep our eye on this.

Diamond Rewards

One thing that everyone will take part in is the Diamond Rewards loyalty scheme. The way it works is simple:

  • £10 (or equivalent) wagered on slots = 1 Diamond
  • £10 (or equivalent) wagered on table games = 0.1 Diamonds

You can then exchange these Diamonds in the Loyalty Store for either more Free Spins or Real Money. Golden Chips is a feature that’s “Coming Soon” but hadn’t quite made it by the time we published this 7Casino review.

You need to exchange your Diamonds within the 30-day expiry time.

7Casino VIP

If you intend on wagering big amounts then the 7Casino VIP program may well open up for you. It’s invite-only though, so be sure to look out for any communication to see if you’ve been enlisted.

However, there may be a way to speed things up. You can contact the 7Casino VIP team explaining why they should consider you. Specifically, they say to get in touch if you’re a VIP at another online casino site. This could well see your invitation pushed to the front of the queue.

If you become a member, you can expect the following perks:

  • Exclusive access to new games before general release
  • Higher-limit Live Casino tables
  • Personal account management
  • Special bonuses
  • Gifts – such as the latest tech or food hampers
  • Event tickets

Payment Methods

7Casino offer several different payment options such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, and Neteller. More localised options may also be provided depending on your location, and they’re also one of the UK’s PayPal casinos.

There is a minimum deposit amount of £10 (or equivalent). Remember that all deposits under £500 incur a 2.5% tax-offset fee (with the minimum amount being 50p (or equivalent). You can also add Deposit Limits which determine how much you can deposit within a specific timeframe.

7Casino Withdrawal Times

How long it takes for you to receive withdrawals at 7Casino ranges from a few hours up to 6 working days. That’s because all payout requests need to be approved before being processed which can take up to 24 hours. However, withdrawal times at 7Casino are affected hugely by which method you choose.

Once your payout request has been given the green light, this is the withdrawal time you can expect:

  • PayPal: Instantly
  • Skrill: Instantly
  • Neteller: Instantly
  • Cards: between 3-5 working days
  • Bank Transfer: between 3-5 working days

For card or bank transfer transactions, a lot depends on each issuer so we recommend using an eWallet if possible.

All withdrawals will incur a fee of £2.50 or equivalent.

Slots & Games

There are over 500 different slots and games available at 7Casino. While this isn’t the biggest collection we’ve ever seen it’s certainly enough to get you started and is expected of all good new online casinos. Plus, more are added most weeks.

The games have been provided by the likes of NetEnt, Microgaming, Playtech, IGT, and a few other smaller developers to include hits such as:

  • Starburst
  • Age of the Gods
  • Twin Spin
  • Big Bad Wolf
  • + many more

There are many different filters you can use too. These range from the usual Popular, Picked for You, and Recently Added to include more specific criteria like Jackpots, Theme and games by a specific developer. Nice touch!

7Casino Mobile

Playing on mobile is a given, but we’re happy to say that our 7Casino review on mobile was positive too. The site automatically adapts to your screen size (no separate mobile site, for example) and the menu bar is conveniently placed for easy navigation.

The same no wager bonuses are offered while the majority of slots and games can be played as on desktop. All of this can be done within your browser and there was no 7Casino app for Android or iOS at the time our 7Casino review publication.

Safety & Security

After finding themselves under the UK Gambling Commission’s radar in March 2017, BGO Entertainment has avoided any licence shortcomings. This obviously predates the launch of 7Casino and there’s nothing to suggest that playing here will be anything other than safe and secure.

Strong encryption is deployed to handle your data while your account details must also be verified in line with UK law.

7Casino operates under BGO Entertainment’s UKGC licence for British players, alongside their other brands. You can find more information about their March 2017 issue within this link.

For players outside of Britain, an Alderney Gambling Commission licence is used to operate (eGambling Licencees – BGO Entertainment Limited).

Both of these bodies regulate online casino to keep players safe and are well respected in the community.

Customer Support

Unfortunately, 7Casino doesn’t offer 24/7 support. Instead, their opening hours are between 7:30am – 1:00am every day.

This will often be adequate but it would have been nice for the full day to be covered. You can get in touch using the following methods:

  • Live Chat
  • Contact Form on-site (reply via email)
  • Phone (UK number)
  • Sending a letter(!)

Restricted Countries

There are a number of restricted countries that cannot play at 7Casino.

At the time of our 7Casino review, they included Afghanistan, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France and Overseas Regions, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Hungary,I ran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Libya, Macau, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Martinique, Netherlands, Nigeria, North Korea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, US Minor Outlying Territories, US/GB Virgin Islands, USA, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Check 7Casino terms and conditions for the full list under Eligibility Requirements.

7Casino Review Summary

With the no deposit no wagering bonus gone, our 7Casino review rating took a bit of a hit.

This was a great way to get people off the mark, so it’s disappointing to no longer have it available. This is especially true when you remember that there is high wagering for the deposit bonus – and there are deposit and withdrawal fees too.

If you do give them a go, let us know what you think by leaving your own 7Casino review below and get in touch if you think we’ve missed anything that should be mentioned.
